工作原理：
蒸煮機用于蒸煮原料魚。是魚粉成套設備的主要組成部分。它是由一個圓筒形的外殼和一個帶有蒸汽加熱的螺旋軸組成，圓筒形外殼設有蒸汽夾套，螺旋軸及軸上的螺旋葉片采用空心結構，內通蒸汽。
原料從料口進入機內，被螺旋軸和螺旋葉片及蒸汽夾層加熱，并在葉片的推動下緩緩地向前移動，隨著原料的熟化，所占的體積逐漸減少，并被不斷地攪拌和翻動，在出料端撥料裝置的作用下，熟料就被均勻、連除料口排出。
